The trails don’t end when the hike does; they wind into the city, carrying with them laughter, inside jokes, and the quiet bonds forged on the mountain paths. Outdoorer Social is where those threads are woven deeper in intentional pockets of play, presence, and shared ease.

Continuing from where we left off at the last Gala Dinner and Social Night, Sunday Social is designed to feel layered yet effortless. Structured enough to spark interaction, relaxed enough to allow conversations to breathe. Each game unfolds like a trail, winding, surprising, and deeply human. It is a space to gather, to soften, to play, and to remember that community is something we build deliberately, one shared moment at a time.


What begins on the trail continues here, in laughter that carries across the rooftop garden, in shared glances during a playful challenge, in conversations that stretch a little deeper than expected.

There is movement.

There is light competition.

There is creativity.

But more than anything, there is presence.

11:30 – 12:00 ​ ​​Arrival & Welcome Refreshments

A slow start. Music in the background. Reconnecting and meeting new faces.


12:00 – 13:45 ​ ​​Curated Interactive Experiences

Expect movement, teamwork, playful strategy, and unexpected connections.

13:45 – 14:45 ​ ​Refreshments & Social Flow

Light bites, open mingling, continued games, and organic conversation.


14:45 – 15:00 ​ ​Closing Moment

A gentle wrap-up to anchor the day and carry the energy forward.

Outdoorer Sunday Social Cancellation & Refunds Policy

You can cancel free of charge until March 8, 2026. However, a cancellation penalty will be applied as follows.

  • 30% of the ticket cost for cancellations between March 9 and March 11.
  • 50% of the ticket cost for cancellations on March 12.
  • 100% of the ticket cost for cancellations on or after March 13.
