Yes, we deliver countrywide: same-day delivery within Nairobi by rider, next-day delivery elsewhere by your preferred courier.

Does Outdoorer Shop accept payment on delivery?

Yes, we accept payment on delivery within Nairobi for orders above Ksh 2,000. Because we do not have direct arrangements with other couriers to collect payments on our behalf, we require payment before dispatch for deliveries outside Nairobi.

What are the next-day delivery charges?

Next-day delivery by bus courier services is chargeable at a flat rate of Ksh 300 countrywide. Should you prefer home delivery by G4S, Fargo Courier, and other similar services, a surcharge may apply. We will advise before dispatch and share a receipt with you.
